Sintered Ferrite will not be corroded even in high-temperature, high-humiditity,  high-salt-spray applications. It also has good chemical stability; The sintered Ferrite have mainly two types:Barium Ferrite(BaO•6Fe2O3) and Strontium Ferrite (SrO•6Fe2O3); The sintered ferrite magnets are available in isotropic magnet and anisotropic magnets.

The sintered Ferrite have mainly two types:Barium Ferrite(BaO•6Fe2O3) and Strontium Ferrite (SrO•6Fe2O3);

The sintered ferrite magnets are available in isotropic magnet and anisotropic magnets.



Property:

Isotropic ferrite magnets’ magnetic properties are low ,they have nearly the same magnetic properties in all directions ,can be magnetized in many different directionsin multi-poles;

Anisotropic Ferrite magnets have higher magnetic properties compare with isotropic ferrite magnet. However, this type of magnets can only be magnetized along a preferred direction;

The sintered Ferrite has an excellent resistance to demagnetization and can be magnetized beforeafter assembly without danger of losing any property;

The sintered Ferrite can be used in operating temperatures ranging from -40°C to + 250°C, have a poor temperature coefficient,Br temperature coefficient is -0.2%/℃,The Br losing is approximately 0.2% when temperature is Increased by 1℃;



Application field:

The applications include permanent magnet motor, DC motors, loudspeakers, reed switch operation, magnetic separator assemblies and general holding devices etc.
